How do I order furniture?

We have started adding select furniture to our website and also post available furniture on Instagram.  Instagram is the best way to communicate with us via Direct Message. 

We sell vintage furniture and will rarely have multiple of one piece available. We never know what we will find so if you see something you love, reach out! 

Most of the time, custom lacquer color choice is included in our price. Sometimes we sell items, "as is" if they can be used in the current condition.

Feel free to message us on Instagram if you are looking for something in particular; we would love to help you find the perfect piece for your home. 

Can you build custom furniture?

Yes, please message us on Instagram. We would love to talk with you about building a custom piece.

How do you choose a color?

You can choose any Sherwin Williams or Benjamin Moore color.

Do you lacquer personal pieces?

We will occasionally lacquer personal pieces, feel free to message us on Instagram with a photo of the piece.

How long does it take to get something painted?

Once you have paid, it will take anywhere between 3-8 weeks for most items to be lacquered. Once an item is complete, we will then schedule delivery with you and the shipper.

Do you ship?

Yes, we ship all over the United States and the price is based on the size of your item, location and is typically for first floor with one shipper. Rugs ship at a flat rate of $100 per rug.

How much is it to ship furniture?

Shipping prices depend on what the shipper charges, usually between $100-$300 depending on your location. Feel free to ask us for a shipping quote and we will give you an estimate.  

Shipping is paid to the shipper at delivery. It is one shipper and first floor delivery; please expect to help the shipper at delivery. Frequently they will use furniture dollys but they still might need assistance. 

We are not responsible for any injury or damage shippers cause to your home during the delivery. If a piece arrives damaged, we will coordinate with the shipper to bring it back to Winston's Collection to fix at no charge to you, of course.

Where are you located?

We are located in Winston-Salem, NC with shipping available across the United States.

What is your return policy?

All sales are final.

All sales are final on personalized items. If the personalization error was made by the customer, the item cannot be returned. Please check over the information and spelling of the personalization before submitting your order.

All furniture sales are final unless damaged during shipment. We want our customers to be happy and believe in offering great customer service. If you are not happy with your item, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your item(s) and we will make it right.
