Shipping policy

Personalized Accessories Shipping Policy:

Website purchases of bags and accessories will ship via USPS insured within 7-9 business days. If items are lost or damaged, please provide photos of damaged items by emailing winstonscollection@gmail.com, and we will replace the item.

Furniture Shipping Policy:

Shipping prices depend on what the shipper charges, usually between $100-$300 depending on your location. Feel free to ask us for a shipping quote and we will give you an estimate.  

Shipping is paid to the shipper at delivery. It is one shipper and first floor delivery; please expect to help the shipper at delivery. Frequently they will use furniture dollys but they still might need assistance. 

We are not responsible for any injury or damage shippers cause to your home during the delivery. If a piece arrives damaged, we will coordinate with the shipper to bring it back to Winston's Collection to fix at no charge to you, of course.

Rug Shipping Policy:

Rugs are shipped at a flat rate of $100 per rug. If you order more than one rug, the price to ship will increase by $100 per rug ordered.
